Management intern at ICICI DIRECT
First of all,I'm lucky to get selected and to be part of ICICI for three months as Intern.As it is one of the top private sector banks in India.I got opportunity to work for one of the ICICI group company, ICICI securities which deals with investment and trading by providing wide range of financial products to customer.
I can say it was my dream role to work in securities dealing with financial instruments and I cracked the interview confidently by saying about distinct features of MF.
I really got good corporate exposure working in ICICI Direct branch located in Rajajinagar,Bangalore.My Branch manager,R.M's helped me a lot by answering my doubts.The project continued for three months where my role is to educate every investor about working of MF,Benfits and also the usage of online portal, to the clients who are bond with ICICI having trading account.At last, I have to take the feedback from them.I have to analyze their feedback data and interprate who are interested customers by forwarding their details to B.M or R.M's for generating the business.
I met 52 customers by going to their places after fixing appointment and some who came to branch.
Every day I did new adventures as I'm new to Bangalore.Going to new places in BMTC buses to meet the clients.Conversation with Kannadiga's,Really wonderful Adventures in the whole project by side of learning's.
Most of the clients are effluent customers.I met with customers who are in good profession like Doctors,Advocates,Professors,Charted Accountants,Employees working in IBM,Reliance, Tech parks etc.,Meeting them and explaining demo and answering their queries,if not asking in the branch and revert back to them.
I can definitely say that my confidence level speaking in public,Fluency increases after meeting with different types of people from different backgrounds.

I hope this experience will never go into vain and definitely helpful for my rest of the life.
